Commissioning
Every commission starts with the quote form and a consultation about your design. Your quote states the exact price, deposit size and estimated timeline. A completed order form is required before any work begins.
Payments & deposits
A $100 payment reserves your spot in the queue (non-refundable). A 50% deposit is required to begin work — once paid it is non-refundable, as it covers materials and initial labor. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before shipping. Payment plans are available — just ask.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 14 days of paying the deposit (the deposit itself is non-refundable). After the 14-day window, no refunds are given. See the

Requirements
You must be 18 or older to commission. Your reference must be your own original character — we cannot build someone else's OC without their written permission. No NSFW projects.
Delivery
Commissions ship after completion and final payment, tracked and insured. Shipping costs are additional and vary by location. Avio is not responsible for carrier damage or loss in transit, but we will always help you file a claim.
Usage & intellectual property
Suits and plushies are for personal use and may not be commercially resold without written permission. Your character remains YOUR intellectual property; Avio may photograph finished work for promotion unless you ask us not to — just say so on the form.
Modifications
We reserve the right to make small construction adjustments where needed for durability and wearability — anything visible is always run past you first.
